Getting a quest previously dismissed?

When I was suppose to accept the Extermination quest from Eris I dismissed it thinking it would be there next time I return to her and it isn't. Is there anyone to get this quest back?

Go to the quest kiosk in the vanguard hall. It should be on the wall behind ikora rey.
