I think it well be that no one can grab the gaze more then once and you can only use each bubble 1 time. Also i think there well be more thrall that spawn in the pit after someone grabs the gaze and gologorth well fire more orbs

The amount of thrall and orbs fired from golgoroth should remain unchanged for those who wish to complete the fight regularly. The challenges are optional as I understand it.

Its optional to complete yes, but if you remember last week the warpriest fired more, there were more knights and more wizards. Its technically optional as long as the raid can still be completed in the normal way

I don't recall any of those things. Beat the warpriest challenge four times so it seems like I should if that were indeed the case but I could be wrong here.
