Not excited as I returned my copy of Halo 5 after the fourth day I had it. Forge should've been in game at launch.

It should've been in game. Tired of games being released without all of their content.

Would you have preferred Halo 5 not release until late December? Why delay 95% of the game for a niche feature that most people gloss over entirely?
-
>forge >niche feature -blam!-, you high?
-
No, I'm realistic. Forge is an extremely minor feature to the significant majority of players. It's something they go dabble in for 20 minutes, determine their grand vision isn't feasible, and move on from. A lot of people don't even utilize custom games too often. It's a minor feature. The main draw of Halo isn't a map editor and custom games. The main draw of Halo is the multiplayer. It's been that way since Halo 2.

Forge plays a significant role in custom games. Lots of people played custom games on forge maps in reach and three. It's always been a popular feature because of the variety of custom game maps people make with it. Maybe it isn't the most used, but it is certainly a feature that plays a big role in custom games, which, I recall, a lot of people enjoy playing.

I know it's the main driving force behind custom games. But again, custom games are more of an afterthought to the average consumer. If custom games were dropped entirely, people would be more annoyed on the principle of them being removed than they would be mad that they couldn't play them.

If forge was released with H5 on launch day, it would be just as bad as MCC.
