Xbox one plays 360 games for free sooo...
-
Xbox one plays 360 games for free sooo...
Xbox 360 does not equal ps2. The ps2 games are updated and all while backwards compatability is just playing the same version of the game when it was released.
-
The graphics are upgraded a bit. Whoop de doo. If you never had the game, fair enough I guess, but there should be an option for those who already own the game to not have to pay a second time.

Same with backwards comparability on xbone bud.
-
Same with backwards comparability on xbone bud.
Not true at all
-
Graphics are updated
Games brought up to 1080p? Check.
share play
Recording and sharing game clips and taking screen shots? Check.
remote play
Not quite sure what that is tbh.
trophies and all.
Allowing cross-platform play with friends who might not have an xbox one with old save files and achievement support? Check.
So you dobt know what share play nor remote play is but you say that they have it? Dude get out of here
LMAO, did I say it did? I literally just destroyed you're argument and thats what you come back with? I don't see playstation allowing cross-platform play with ps3. "dude get out of here".

You did not destroy any argument besides you're own by just by admitting your ignorance.
-
You did not destroy any argument besides you're own
Im 100% positive that I just proved all of you're points wrong except for remote play. I just googled what remote play is, although xbox does not have this, it does have cross-platform play, which I think evens it out.

I dont know what points you were proving wrong. All i was saying is what new features these ps2 games got when they were updated. Stop being an xbot seeing every post as either omg xbox or oh xbox sucks
Graphics are updated, the games have all ps4 features like share play, remote play, trophies and all.
BUT, not everyone cares for that.

Graphics are updated, the games have all ps4 features like share play, remote play, trophies and all.
BUT, not everyone cares for that.
I mainly said it because the guy was like oh graphics are updated whoop de do.

Hardly worth the price IMHO. Especially when Xbox is doing essentially the same thing free so long as you previously owned the game. See, thats my sticking point here, its pony up or nothing. Im an Xbot, but I dont like seeing fellow gamers getting stiffed, and you Sony guys are, to a certain extent...

But you have to own those games or else you have to buy them, this is only different in that you have to purchase them even if you have them, but realistically not many people kept their old games and systems. I didnt have an xbox 360 (never had the funds to get both since i was in high school and i prefered playstation) but i have both ps4 and xbone now. If i want to play a bc game i have to buy it.
-
And what Im saying is you shouldnt have to repurchase if you already own them. If not many people held onto their old games (I did, hell I still have my Megadrive and all its games) then they cant really argue that allowing those few who did to avoid repurchasing would have much of an impact on the bottom line. Its also not hard to patch the console to recognise the disc,
-
"cheap" No.
-
15$ dollars per game is too much for 10 tear old games though.
-
These games are actually more expensive online. For me these games are £11 and I'm finding asking prices of £15-£20
-
In the U.S they are 3-8$.
-
I agree that the price seems a bit high but these games they are releasing all have updated graphics and frame rate boosts, plus trophy support as well, so they are not really the same game, they're the hd version. Now what they should do is also release just the vanilla version of these games at like 5-8$ a pop and see which people want more.

I would pay a few quid extra simply for trophies, but better performance and better resolution? Even without improved textures it's certainly worth it.
