Seriously, if a Trex was in front of me, I don't think I will be standing still at all. I'm not about to test out a theory that a TRex can't see you if you don't move. There's no proof behind this theory. It's like saying play dead if you're attacked by a bear. I can guarantee you that that bear will carry you off for dinner.

Some bears react differently. Pretty sure it's a black bear that would shred you even after playing dead.

It's based on their anatomy. Because of the way they see light, they detect [i]changes[/i] in objects of their field of vision, rather than the actual objects themselves. [spoiler]Besides, who wouldn't wanna pet a big dinosaur? ;)[/spoiler]
