Glitch or Super Unlucky
One month ago was when I got the 3rd Dvalin fusion rifle. Over that one month period of time I still have yet to get the 4th Dvalin fusion rifle. I don't know if it's glitched or if I'm the unluckiest person in Destiny because I do nothing but play on that character. Please help or explain. Thanks!
