I don't understand it either, I was hunting for a Flayers mantle this weekend and I ran the level 20 Dust Palace for a couple hours and came out with about 110 weapon parts. Not bad if you in need. Just keep running low end strikes and you might get lucky with a bunch.

Thats not bad actually. But when you think about it it takes 10 weapon parts to infuse and 5 to upgrade and most guns have i think 3 or 4 upgrades so if you infuse a gun to 300 in about 3 infusions thats 30+20 and youve already used half your parts on one gun. But maybe ill do some of those low level stikes just to get some quick parts. Thanks for the tip

but i shouldnt have to go in to strikes for weapon parts, even more of a waste of time. Why can't i get them while doing other activities, a major source for leveling up weapons shouldnt be attainable from only strikes.

I get enough now through the Court and patrols in general. True, it was an issue in the beginning when everything was new and in need of infusion but now I'm pretty settled on what I like to use so the number of weapon parts I have grows and grows to the point I've been using them to shorten the time it'll take to reach level 25 with a faction.
