I had assumed the ghost was a prerequisite. Myself an clan members all completed this ultra minotaur the day it came out.
However now only 2 of the 6 main players received the "not forged in light" quest. Myself and another. We have members who it hasn't popped for.
So with that I ask, could there be another thing we missed?
Not sure what's happening. Will update as we figure it out for them but if anyone else has feedback please let us know. Thanks much. Could be a glitch much like rewards not dropping with numerous other parts of TTK

Same thing happened to me, turns out i did the mission on my alt. Completely forgot. Was waiting around for quest on my main. Went to my alt and there was the quest. Have them check their alt characters to make sure they weren't using them when they did the daily.

Yea I guess my team didn't turn in cult ghost like myself an another til week after. So I'm guessing they will have to wait for new opp next time release is out. Thanks for feedback.
