How I Would Swords Only

I've been doing some thinking of my own on how to make a Swords Only playlist for the Crucible. What makes it difficult straight away is that the roaming load out system is a thing. You can change whatever weapons you're equipped with at any time. Pretty sure they don't have any current logic in the game for a function to lock a player's load out.
And if they do add it, changing weapons while in orbit, after queuing for the match would probably be the first exploit found
So, here's how I would do this. Let's create a new Relic, like the Spark. Let's make it a Kinetic Sword. Have this Relic force equipped to players when they load into the match, and make it impossible to drop it. Give the Kinetic Sword infinite Energy. No point ammo-blocking players in a Swords Only playlist. No Right Trigger ability, so make it like the Legendary Swords and not Exotic Swords. However, enable a Super ability. Perhaps make the Super and Guard link to the Guardian's Subclass element. Meaning that (Gunslinger, Sunsinger, Sunbreaker) Supers would cause a Phoenix Uppercut (from the Raze Lighter). -this would actually have the effect of not overpowering the Bolt-Caster's Ability since the Arc Super would only be an effective kill against an Arc Guard. Void and Solar Guards would survive the Arc Super. Enable Small Maps only, even with full 6v6 teams. Don't want people running forever to get in the thick of it. Anticipated bugs:
Despite my efforts to make this as bugless as possible on paper, Bungie would probably -blam!- up the "make it impossible to drop" part. First things found would probably be Shadestep and Airborn Dodge on the Twilight Garrison causing the player to drop the sword, even though that should be a first thing checked by any Game Tester division... Which Bungie probably doesn't have any, if their massive amount of QA tester job openings is anything to go by.
A point of interest, is that Lord Shaxx is the one pushing for the use of Swords by The City. It would make perfect sense to have a Sword Only playlist in the Crucible. Edit: Assuming the Kinetic Sword would have no aura to indicate it's element, a player would have to trick another player into using their Guard intentionally, to see what Subclass Element they have linked to the sword's Guard and Super. Then they would have to memorize that player's element for later when judging if they can survive that player's Super with their own Guard, or if they should use their own Super against their Guard. A hidden gem of strategy, it seems.
