Sniper school for Iron banner & Trials?
A friend and I were practicing and got to talking and we came up with the idea of sharing our method. We practice our sniping on dreadnought patrol before we go into crucible.I could show anyone who's interested in a fireteam or stream. There are different ways to snipe. Quick scope, drag scope, hard aim, etc... This area (the one with cabal) provides a great place to practice the different methods. I don't know if anyone would care but the offer is out there. If you wanna go to "sniper school" just send a message or reply here. Time to go practice for banner :)

I play on a 23inch monitor with a sensivity of 5-6 (that works fine for me in destiny to have a decent aim with primarys and snipers. you dont have to use the exact same settings or equipment) my hs rate with snipers is around 73-80% my kd is average 1.8 i just enjoy aggressive sniping and dont worry much about the kd and i usually mess around in normal pvp :) i prefer high impact snipers (eirene r44 and 1000yard) over high rof to shut down supers or revived opponents with 1 hs. (Except high armor sunbreakers) Scopes and perks i use: Ambush Shortgaze Injection mold (prefer this over snapshot and quickdraw) Firefly Grenadier Im not a pro or something im just a decent player and i always get messages in crucible where people asking for tipps thats why i thought i write it down here :)

I just run into IB and ToO with raw gun skill, smarts, and teammates that listen and know how to aim and shoot. We do fine.

9 RepliesThis is why I can't wait for better games to come along. I thought the whole "hard scoping, no scoping, 360 L33T no scoping from 20ft mid air jump while wanking" attitude had stayed on CoD when I left, but I see these parasites are even on Destiny too. This is also why Battlefield will always be a superior game, because all the cod fgts try to do their same silly sniping tricks and get eaten alive by helos.
