I kept one with decent, not great perks. Scout rifles suck without auto and they wear out controller triggers.

Scout rifles like all guns have pro's n con's, its just to bad ALL of the weapons in destiny right now have more con's than pro's. Except the sword

Bad roll? Mine's a monster on my Titan.

I got the shittiest roll I've ever seen for a weapon a mine. Hurt so much to dismantle as Vision of Confluence is one of my top 3 guns I used in year one.
