Yes, you heard me right. It needs to be nerfed. I got Destiny 2 weeks ago, and although I'm technically a noob, I'm a lot better than most of the scrubs I play with. I consistently defeated Skolas solo without Ghorn, and many raids as well. However, every time I go on LFG looking for a team, I am excluded and called a "ground-fag" because I do not have the tumbler. Even when I play with my friends (who got the game when it came out) are always done with boss fights by the time I get there, and looking really cool doing it because their sparrows are vastly faster than mine. Often times I'll join a strike, and immediately the other two in my fire team do these amazing triple backflips and spins, and I just leave immediately. Not being able to backflip into Atheon with the finesse of Nastia Liukin and McKayla Maroney's lesbian love child makes me throw my controller at my TV and cry myself to sleep.
About 5 million people bought Destiny when it first came out, so assume about that many pre ordered The Dark Below. Now that Destiny has been ported to the next gen consoles, MILLIONS MORE players (myself included) are being left out and insulted because we didn't preorder an overpriced $20 DLC.
If this isn't fixed before TTK, I'll have no choice but to stop playing Destiny, and my ~90 hours will have been for nothing. None of you earned the sparrow, so no one has the right to complain. Bungie please
nerf.
