After u go to this page, click the 3 bar lines in the top right corner(for phones thats where they r), then type in ur gamertag where it says gaurdian and make sure to select which console network u r on(psn or xboxlive) then hit enter. After that click the 3 bar lines again and select dreadnought. It will show u which calcified fragments u have and which ones u r missing.
It doesnt have a guide yet so u just need to look up one somewhere and go on from there. It also has ghost locations too.

That site is very helpful. But it won't tell me which one my Titan is missing. It tells me everything I have collected (which is 45). But my Titan only has 44. I can't figure out which 1 I missed that I've actually already gotten on another character. That's the problem :/
