Browsing through b.net I came across this nice post and unfortunately will have to disappoint all of the hype around this. Within the mission I was able to sparrow fly to the mothyards loadzone (which killed me but I was able to respawn as it wasn't a darkness zone anymore.) Mothyards was completely empty of any encounters (AI, Public Events, Materials, Chests, etc.) I went everywhere and noticed everything was normal. The only other area that was acting up was Dock 13 in which had no AI encounters like Mothyards. Sorry to disappoint everyone. :(

No problem. Glad someone was able to confirm this as false because I have sadly been away from my console for most of the day and only had enough time to play the Daily for the marks.
