Hopscotch Pilgrim replacement?
Hmm..... a surprised (targeted) nerf for Hopscotch Pilgrim in patch 2.0, and after trying for a few rounds in Crucible for a week, I can conclude that it is about time to bid farewell to this once amazing Pulse Rifle that I enjoyed so much and achieved my first IB rank 5.
Without any doubt, it lives up to its name as a legendary item.
So fellow guardians, if you are on the same boat as me, what is your PvP primary now?
And will you be hunting for a Hopscotch Pilgrim replacement in Year 2?
Edit: great feedback! Seems like there is still a lot of love for Hopscotch Pilgrim.

1 ReplyI have a god roll Hopscotch, (OAS | Outlaw | Braced Frame | Rangefinder) Still have max stability and the range, oh the range. Yes, it's 3 head shot kill now, but depending on your roll, I'd say stick with it through next week. Also I have every other Pulse, Messenger included. If you're determined to leave the HP, try The Messenger if you have it, then Red Death. However, I find the Red Death hard to control coming from the HP. Bungie learned their lesson, there won't be a max stability weapon in TTK, IMO. If you play back, try MIDA.
