The ups and downs of the Ghost voice
Check it out Guardians, we all have a love/hate relationship with the Voice of the Ghost. Whether it be Peter Dinklage's lackluster performance, or Nolan North's less than epic re reading of certain lines.
Now we can all agree, certain lines that Dinklebot had were spot on in our eyes, and Nolandroid did not quite come through, but which lines are these? Can we get them changed? If we put forward the correct foot, be polite and not angry, maybe just maybe, we can get Nolan back in the studio to record some new versions of his lines.
So here is your task, as a player and a Guardian. Tell me anywhere from your top 5 to top 10 lines that you did not like, whether they be a redo, or a new line, but this is IMPORTANT tell me (nicely) WHY its not quite right.
Please note that if you cannot be kind i will report you, naysayers and angry responses do nothing to support a cause. (If you do not have anything nice to say do not say it)

Nolan just doesn't seem to have the emotion. Sure Dinkle could get silly, but at least it wasn't completely monotonous, which is how I find Nolanbot.

Key points... 1: The Ghost should introduce you to the Speaker. 2: The Speaker should then give a more detailed explanation of who he is and about his purpose at the Tower. 3: The Speaker should ACTUALLY ELABORATE on past events outside of giving such very short, vague notes. Explain the following; -"What is the Darkness?" -"How long have you been dead?" -"Are all Guardians reborn from those who died in the past?" -"What is the relationship between Guardians and their Ghosts?" -"What is the actual current status of the Traveler?" This is quite possibly the most important part for the ENTIRE GAME. It should arguably be the LONGEST, most informational cinematic there is as this is where the major introduction to the game's narrative and your actual role in the story is hammered out and delivered to the players. Outside from that... I mean the script writing for pretty much all his lines in the video above is terrible. Its not so much the actors who are to blame, I personally had no problem with Peter as the Ghost. The source of the problem stems directly from the writing itself. In truth, I focused this comment mostly on the Speaker because out of everything, the SPEAKER was absolutely the WORST example of piss poor dialogue ever... Its a prime example of how even someone who is nailing the tone of the character can just be horrible when the lines they have to work with are lackluster. I'd offer up actual different lines for the Ghost, but there is just way too much script that needs to be addressed. It'd take me like a couple days to write up what I would personally feel to be a decent revised version. Also, I friggen HATE that stupid annoying "robotic" noise that you hear between the Ghost's dialogue bits.
