How did you get the slow mo at around 1:00? Destiny is only 30fps.

Twixtor, it's a plugin that really smooths slow motion, sometimes makes a few mistakes because it's creating extra frames but in some situations it's great.

Is that a downloadable app on ps4 as well?

No, it's a plugin that needs another software to work with like Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas.
