Just had a good ol crack using it in a few games. Precision shots feel almost impossible to get. I found you almost had to be dead still for it to feel accurate. This summed up my experience:
Miss the head and your dead.
Edit: I have to say getting a precision kill with NLB is one of most satisfying feelings in the game.

it's worth it when you get good with it, i regulary get messages from randoms saying gg. even got some random friend requests.
