Hey - Sorry nobody got to you sooner. Before you resort to that, you may want to try clearing your console's cache first, and see if that helps at all. If not, you already have the right idea. Reinstalling the content in question will likely fix any errors it's having with registering code, etc.

I've done everything, from clearing the console's cache, deleting and reinstalling the game and the expansion packs. It still freezes. I guess I can't play that expansion pack anymore. :(

Is it just this one mission causing you trouble? Is the story mission you're trying to access already saved at a checkpoint by any chance?

Yes. It's the 2nd story quest and I'm already saved at a checkpoint (right before I face Omnigul).

Edited by Metni: 8/22/2015 3:39:41 AMCould you try one more thing for me? Hover over the mission in its planet destination menu, and press 'X' to restart. Now, it will bring you to the launch screen. From here, hover over difficulty you were saved on, and press 'X' once more. Let's restart Destiny again to be safe, and see if you can complete the mission fresh without issue.

Started the mission over and strange enough, my friend and I finally finished it. Thank goodness.

Thank you. Unfortunately clearing my console's cache didn't work. I'll reinstalling the expansion pack then.
