Questions about TTK
1. Will you need both The Dark Below and House of Wolves to play the taken king?
2. If the answer to question 1 is no, then when will TTK by itself be available on xbox one? (currently it says coming soon)

Yes. You require both dlc and the core game of destiny to play.
