To those who say Necrochasm sucks
I take it into Crucible. I take it along on raids, and through bounties. I take it everywhere. It's one of the best weapons I've ever used. I have about 5,000 kills with this weapon. It has never left my side.
I am top-of-the-leaderboard-on-the-winning-team with Necrochasm.
This is probably my best weapon to be honest.
The day I received my first Crux was like, the happiest day of my destiny career.
Ever since I'd seen the weapon when a friend got it, I have been in love with it.
Ever so slowly, I am getting better and better with it.
My achievements with only Necrochasm?
• 2 Relentlesses in Rumble
• 5.9k points in iron banner(won the match
)
• Making kids salty as shit when I get Cursebringer to proc on them(The hate mail I get is funny as hell)
• Triple Down w/ Cursebringer
• Flawless Trials TWICE in the same weekend(This past weekend actually)
• 5k kills with it
I feel pretty good about this.

[b]Edit:[/b] I really don't give two shits about my K/D. K/D is just a little number. I'm not MLG. I'm not a Pro. I'm here to have fun. Not be an MLGPRO bitch thing that gets salty if my K/D is terrible. :T
[b]Edit2:[/b] Okay, people have opinions. I get it. Just be glad there are people that know how to use it. I'm also not lying about my achievements with the weapon. If I had an Xbox One, there would be clips galore, but I'm stuck with a 360 and not enough money for a capture card so yeah. Believe me or don't. Don't care. ^~^

Glad you are able to genuinely enjoy it. Youll be happy when the buff drops! My favorite gun is No Land Beyond so I know what it's like to love something people think sucks. Personally I can't function well with Nechro but good for you!

It's really fun to use. Especially when you kill thorn scrubs with it. But it's not very good.

I love it, but I am not too good in pve with it. It destroyed in this nightfall. Good for you, it's a fun weapon to use.

I love Necro, I do about the same, but not so much. I use it to mess around in crucible, and I use it when I don't feel like using an Exotic heavy or special in strikes.

1 ReplyI want that gun to be good! But the time to kill is simply atrocious. It's a tickle machine at range, and if you play halfway decent players then they will immediately get the jump on you and either blink away or just shotgun you. Can't wait for the 2.0 patch man, we need some more variety in the shambles of the crucible.

4 RepliesYou're going to love 2.0 then. Bigger mag, more damage, bigger thrall explosion that procs on every crit kill. That gun is going to be very good, and since you're good with it now when it's not good, you'll be great with it in a few weeks.

Really about to start the Crota grind to get my crux so I can get Nechro. Not sure if it'll be better than my skilled hand with Suros but I definitely want to find out

Necrochasm was never a achievement since crux come out But Autos earn a BUFF NECROCHASM IS A BEAST OF A ACHIEVEMENT

24,000+ kills with mine and I absolutely love it. Been by my side since February. The only hate mail I have ever received was because I killed a camper with the cursed thrall explosion :)

What you can do with necrochasm is nothing compared to using a top tier weapon. Butter knife vs santoku knife... You are just making more work for yourself
