Unfortunately this is why I will never join fireteam chat if I am not with my clan. There are too many people like this roaming the destiny community. As a current DoD member I hope the dames understand that these plagues exist in the community but they by no means speak for the masses.
I support the dames and everything they do.

I absolutely hate the disrespectful actions that people do to women. I actually had a female in a chat with me and my fireteam, and one of my friend's friends join. He tells her that she should be making sandwiches and cooking all day. I proceed to go on a 2 hour cursing spree telling him how much of a total shithead he was for that. He meekly apologized to both me and her before getting the boot. I was raised by women (my father died) and anyone who disrespects women are the scum of the Earth. Point is, not every male is a dirtbag. Some of us are actual gentlemen. I'm sorry that my gender has a lot of rotten apples, but some of us are still fresh and nice. ^_^

If female voices where heard more little boys would stop freaking out like they just found a unicorn. Female voice would become common. Dames should encourage females to talk to more. Otherwise they are preaching weakness and I prefer strength.

Just like the racist jerks and so on. With that being said my voice joining the fireteam doesn't really help the cause because I'm not a dame. I will however be happy to call out any bullying I see in my games and report them so hopefully bungie can take action. Currently a Dads of Destiny member and have a daughter. I would never want her treated that way even if it is just a game.
