Just a quick post I, Harrison1001, am making to inform you Guardians about the mystical "Elder Cypher." 1. Only the bosses of the [b]34[/b] and [b]35[/b] Prison of Elder's challenges drop it. Skolas drops it as soon as you kill him. 2. The Cypher is a bounty so [b]remove[/b] a bounty before you start and you're good. 3. Much like Vault of Glass or Crota's End, the Cypher drops in a similar loot fashion after you kill the 34 or 35 variant boss. 4. You can [b]Only[/b] get the cypher on your first 34/35 on a single character. 5. You will not always get it. This one is easily true and everyone should know this. 6. If you delete any cypher at any stage it will go to Variks. This isn't entirely helpful for people who have all 3 already as they will always have the cypher at Variks if the delete them. That is it.
