Ice Breaker or P&T?
I have P&T as well as icebreaker... I find them both brilliant in different ways but I can't actually say which one is better.
What I'm asking is which one is better?
Which one do you prefer and why?

IB for PVE that shouldn't even be a question. in PVP you need to be faster on your shots with as little recoil as possible. in PVE you want impact to increase the damage... for the most part you don't EVER have to worry bout recoil.
