seriously dissapointed and hoping theres some way to repair

Purchased destiny for the first time and still have not been able to connect, I've tried changing my Nat type AND port forwarding and there still seems to be no way for me to get destiny to even start. I get to press a and watch a loading screen, then error message centipede ruins my day again. I'd like some sort of help or advice to fix, and if anyone could manage to get this to an actual bungie employee, I would be most appreciative.
