I can point at this game, and point at an old, non online game, I spent same money on both, what is the difference? I can go back to my offline console, and offline game and have the same fun every time, years later..., This game? they are tearing it apart, fun aspect I could play originally, are disappearing and won't be there when I come back later (no not on gjallers side, my main point is the old perks nerfing, and BH nerf) I could point it out like this, When I played through, amazing fun endgame weapon I had were fun to mess around with, even in these strikes, or missions.... but half a year later, all of a sudden, i go back, all the fun is gone because a vital part of a reward is gone... (so I spent money, and am having value to my fun being removed from the game so I cannot enjoy it later) I hold out a small zone where you might be, not necessarily looking at the really negative aspects of trivilising the endgame content (exotics do not really count unless they are the raid/endgame exotics)

Yep, cause the nerf of old weapons will determine how a game works in two months when all new weapons, gear and everything seem to be out and attracting people and things. At least those not stubborn enough to be crying over obsolete weapons.

I do not know where you stand based on that statement, What bungie did is wrong, It takes more work to level up older weapons and gear to new suff, it doesnt need nerfing, when you make stuff, you put effort into it all... Anyways, the main thing I am pointing out is black hammer, that is an example of how Destiny is going wrong, Icebreaker was not a massive problem (still wrong), gjaller had it coming (but they nerfed wrong aspect) as for primaries, do not care as much, Trying to show you, certain things they doing are bad... Nerfing old weapons determines that bungie is intent on ripping the decent parts of the value in this game out, when it is already low value for the price... Again, no clue where you stand, because... well your post there, It feels too neutral, I mean, you seem to have a strong side in that post, but it is too vague for me to know which direction you learning XD in relation to my post :P

They nerfed the hammer because the perk it gained basically gave it exotic status and since it isn't an exotic it can't be outperforming them as it is a legendary. Galla was nerfed properly because the Wolfpack rounds were broken and doing large and somewhat continuos damage after they detonated and were gone. Ice Breaker is a little unneeded but I can deal with it. And nerfing weapons that needed it isn't ripping any value from the game as they are to improve it, its not like weapons are being removed or something retarded. And like I said with my old post, new weapons and gear will be added to strengthen the game and add brand new weapons and gear to the mix. So it's not a bad thing, but a step in the right direction.

Edited by Hopeinmo: 7/19/2015 1:46:52 PMAh, generally , the reason an exotic is an exotic is because of the 3 perks (sometimes disguised or hidden) however, not 2 :P, Black hammer did not out preform any exotic, and if you really just want to use that small aspect, you need to look at primaries, exotics are outclassed by all raid primaries... exotics are exotic because of how they are different, how you upgrade them, the costs, their wide variety of obtainment (excluding the raid ones) Exotics are generally different, they do not really outperform anything else, , exotics are also easier to obtain than any endgame items... people think they are, or should be OP cause you can only have 1 equipped ( thats nothing to do with power, it is to do with how they are implemented, how they are different ) ( Did I point this part out? ) How Gjaller was nerfed was wrong..., the wp perk should have been changed to drain the WP rounds power from main rocket's blast, making gjaller more specializing, and unique, rather than just out preforming all other launchers period..., have it tuned so in a clear zone, gjaller can do more potential damage to a single target, but in a slightly more crowded zone, not have nearly the same power as a normal launcher. (I would tweaked so was closer to 1.5 damage ratio again a single target maybe, ... the 1.0 from th wp rounds, 0.5 from the severely reduced blast radius ) New weapons and gear do not really count when you just plainly tear apart the old content someone bought, if they are not buying that new content, and I do not mean old weapons versus new... I mean old weapons in old content, all of a sudden become useless for the older content.
