Are all hand cannons exotic?
Just wondering, I know that exotics can be exclusively changed, so why were all hand cannons nerfed instead of only addressing the 3 trouble makers? I'm rather concerned about what will happen to my Fatebringer that will be nerfed in PVE because of Thorn in PVP.
