Nerf isn't good enough, the G-Horn needs to be hit harder!
This patch is a step in the right direction from bungie. The outrage on these forums obviously shows bungie that they've made the correct decision.
G-Horn has reigned supreme since the first week of destiny. It's the weapon of choice for scrub players who need that clutch launcher to clear difficult content.
The 20% damage reduction won't make that much of a difference. I'm calling for a 50% damage reduction at the least for Ghally.
This will mean players can find groups without discrimination. It will also add diversity to the current weapons table in the game. Overall a more balanced, fun game with players that will adapt and become skilled.
Sign below for the GHally to be hit with a more balanced 50% damage reduction nerf.......

2 RepliesEveryone chased Gjally...and for a year some people never got it. Then Xur sells it weeks before the DLC and nerf. Yes, there will be new items for the addict to chase. It is a psychological game, to keep players hooked chasing the random rare. This shouldn't be any shocking news to anyone by now.

12 RepliesThey chant just nerf gjallarhorn, they need to redesign it. No matter how much you nerf Wolfpack rounds, as long as they do at least 1 damage, gjallarhorn will always be the highest damage, and therefor the best pve rocket launcher. It's just the fundamental fact that it will always do more damage than any other rocket (except dragons breath but of course that gun's downsides outweigh the benefits) that makes it a crutch weapons, of course they won't be bringing it over right away so at least the first month of ttk will be gjallarhorn free. Also since they are remaking a lot of Y1 exotics for ttk I don't see why gjallarhorn can't be one of them.

Year two TTK rockets will have higher attack stats than Gally; Year one activities, Gally will still be relevant, but why would we use it when we have new higher power weapons coming in :) Gally's time may be over after TTK drops. Cheers -
