A little outdated but...
So I'm new to the next gen console destiny... I consider myself a bit of a completionist. I have done the fist of crota mission 316 times in hopes of getting a husk of the pit... That's ridiculous. I have an embalming orb and a crux ready to upgrade the damn thing and I have had no luck whatsoever. I got the stupid thing on Xbox but I want it on ps4. I think they should increase the drop rate before I freak the hell out. Anyone else?

3 RepliesFrom everything everywhere i have found, including several grinds in the last few days,the husk no longer drops. Shame really since its the jumping off point for a raid exclusive. In my mind thats the equivalent of removing the vex mythoclast from vog but hey this is bungie we sold our souls to here. Good luck, im still trying for another one too. Ill post if it ever drops again but i wouldn't hold my breath.
