Your point is valid and your cause is noble. However, this is not the correct tree to bark up. Activision was the one who made the exclusive deal with Sony, not Bungie. As such, I doubt they have much power to change it.
There's still a chance, though, now that Activision has moved CoD to PS for exclusives for the time being, that perhaps Destiny 2 will switch to Xbox, allowing to double dip their market share once again.

Removing or changing the exclusivity deal would likely cost them money since PSN paid big bucks to get it. I doubt at this point activision/bungie care enough about the Xbox community to do that.

All depends on how the contract was drawn up. If it was on a game by game basis, Activision is free to partner with whoever they want with each major release. If it's for the life of the franchise, then yes, that'll be virtually impossible to change. No logical reason to outright hate the Xbox community, however. It's about half your population/market for this franchise.

Nah I'm basically saying nothing can be done about TTK exclusives without activision/bungie refunding part of psn's cash they ponies up to get them.

Oh, I wasn't suggesting TTK. Or anything else in this first batch of Destiny. I meant the sequel, due out next year.
