I have pretty much the same perks on my Ill will. I used it in crucible and it can do ok as long as you can land headshots, which is not very easy to do due to recoil and the slow rate of fire. One headshot and a body shot will leave a player with just a bit of life left...and going against thorn, messenger or the last word means you are dead. It doesn't stand a chance against the main guns in crucible....but hey, really...what does???
