It should be light 42 etheric lights are just to rare. It absolutely ridiculous how rare they are. I've only got 2 etheric lights. 1 from iron banner rank 3 if I found out you only get 1 etheric at rank 5 and I can't buy more than 1 then I'm trading this game in. I already got armor that speed's up reload speed or carry more ammo for them guns so why do I need to buy iron banner armor. It's just more crap that's gonna sit in my vault needing a etheric light.
