Bungie, I beg of you, re-release the Rare armor as Legendary! The Rare armor is used so little in the game and a minority is still using it. We're big kids now Bungie, we're at the end game here and we're looking for more variety! I urge you to make new Rare armor types and re-release the current as Legendary. I'm sure the community can agree, that there have been times where they found this badass piece of armor but it was worthless because it was Rare, and they were at endgame flashing their Legendary armor around. Etheric Light helped to make some variety, but it isn't enough! Simple solution would be to allow us to use Etheric Light on Rare armor, the armor then becomes Legendary and gets increased stats. That's just my thoughts on a fix, I'm sure the professionals have a better understanding of how all this stuff works.
