So I guess Bungie never prepared for this...
So I am watching DPJs YouTube video, "Top 5 WTF Moments", when I come across #1 and this man gets a blaming Exotic Engram to drop in the world. When he took to the Crypt-Dick turns it in to a uncommon weapon. So I'm guessing they never changed the exotic engram loot table because this may have been the first to ever drop.
