So, after reading some new grimoire, i reconsidered somehow the true purpose of the fallen, and how the City is the culprit of its own demise. Taking in account how Skolas described the Tornado, the thriving civilization they once were, and then how he blames the City about their collapse because of us keeping the traveler; i can understand somehow how the City somehow damaged itself by keeping the Traveler with them (apart from of course drawing attention for the darkness) enraging other races which the traveler could of have helped.
