For those of you who don't know I am a PvE player and I love my vex mythoclast however the thing that annoys me the most about it is the ammo. I am always running out of it. Now as we all know it doesn't matter too much about how much ammo this thing has in PvP since once you die you are just going to start off with more ammo anyway (the point being an increase in ammo wouldn't matter in PvP so you have no reason to complain about it), so I kind of hope Bungie will increase the ammo count on this weapon. Bungie has stated multiple times that this weapon was meant to be kind of OP in the PvE however due to its low ammo size you will generally find yourself searching for ammo for this gun in PvE events like strikes making it an unlikely item to bring to a strike or raid. There have even been times in patrol where I have found myself out of ammo for this gun. So I hope to propose the idea that Bungie either increases the ammo on this gun or gives it a means to obtain more ammo. [b]Changing a perk[/b] One way this could be done is an alteration of the Crowd Control perk. Now I am not saying this perk should be remove. What I am saying is that the perk should become an exotic with the Crowd Control effect and the effect of another perk thrown in. This additional perk could be Surplus (find more ammo for this weapon - which only applies to PvE) or the new HoW perk Replenish (activating your super refills your reserve ammo). But those are only a few ideas. Feel free to suggest something else. Now for the record we have actually seen this done before. One good example is the Bad Juju which used to be a crappy weapon but now is awesome and has the additional perk that increases super energy with kills. Also as seen with Seros Regime Bungie has made weapons with exotic perks that are merely modified versions of the other perks you would find. [b]Increasing ammo given by Extended Magazine[/b] This could also work and it would force players to upgrade it (if they haven't already) to make it more effective. [b]Increase Reserve Ammo[/b] Or just increase the reserve ammo. Maybe just give it another magazine. --- Well, that is it. Please vote yes to make the mythoclast a more fun weapon to play (without breaking PvP). :D
