Missing EV-30 Tumbler Sparrow

Downloaded and played with DLC on January 15, midafternoon. I never received my EV-30 Tumbler. Been putting off posting this but does anyone know how I could get this looked at? I've tried all of the suggestions on the FAQ but nothing has worked. I have it on PS4 but not on my Xbone (I did both). Thanks

The deadline was January 15th. You can't play on that date and still get the sparrow.
