I've had the pre-order on my xbox one and played it with dlc and season pass installed between those dates and then some, but I still don't have it, lol.

Yah, I dunno. I got it on my ps4 but not on either xbox. I played them all at the same time but only got the one. I thought it was the cutoff date but it must not have been since I got the ps4 one.
