Hey there, If the issue persists, you may need to restore the licenses on your console: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 Additionally, you may see if your account is the primary account on your console. If not, adjusting this may help.

  • Found a solution! Go to network settings and change MTU settings to 1397.

  • I tried both restoring the licenses and ensured it was the main account. Didn't help.

  • Have you changed or altered your local network recently? If so, you may need to adjust your console's network settings to match: If you have switched your PS4 connection from wired to wireless (or vice versa), confirm your connection settings on your console. For example: if you had previously used wireless to connect the system and you plug in a cable directly, it will continue to use that until you re-run the network setup
