Boost your faction reputation within 250 rep of leveling, for every character. Then on launch day, you'll have 15 factions to level, granting you 15 chances to get some beast ass shit.

You have take all faction packages. Becouse they give commendations that you can turn in after HoW for the 250 rep to finish the lvl up Keep public event packages and cryptarch packages in the vault. Public event for lvling newly acquired gear. And cryptarch for new engrams that haven't been rolled yet. So those can give us the new guns.

Then play the VoG. You get shit tons of shards in the VoG which you use at the speaker to get motes of light at a 2:1 ratio The motes of light can be used to change the perks of your new weapons at the gunsmith. When Xur comes next weekend stock up a LOT of exotic shards. You can level all exotic gear for 1500 glimmr 25 i planet material or class item and 1 exotic shard to the new lvl/damage cap

Every HoW vendor gun much like iron banner

For 3 weapon parts 1 mote of light and some glimmr 250 if recall right. Then all perks change randomly just like with reforging in the iron banner.
