I'm not doing anything.
Sure, you can have your factions ALMOST leveled up.
You could save packages.
Hell, you could even practice on Crucible to get ready for ToO.
But I won't do any of that.
1. I'm getting commendations so I can refund then as Faction XP.
2.I don't get nearly as many packages in a day as I should, and I need shards so I can turn ten in to something when HoW drops.
3. It's gonna be easy regardless.

Wait so you can turn commendations into faction XP?

Once HoW drops, yes. OR you can not rank it up, and wait for HoW to see if you get new gear from it. I prefer my option of ranking it up now, since commendations will reward XP for that specific faction. Cool, huh?
