People like you are just ignorant. You're not giving him your PS info, you're authenticating a token and that token is exchanging information between Destiny and Bungie.net, once you log out of Bungie.net that token is lost and DIM is unable to access your information. Get educated before you say ignorant shit. It's even listed on the website.

We use your B.net information, never your console information.

It doesn't require you to give your PS info. It all runs off of Bungie.net services. Basically when you sign into the app, it's the exact same thing as signing into Bungie.net.

And you don't even have to sign into the app. From what I can gather its basically a fancy interface for script functions that does the "clicking" for you on bungie.net.
