Farm glimmer, get loot and dismantle it. Then buy even more greens from the vanguard and dismantle them. Simple as that. It's allready in place.

That is by far the worst way to get material. Each armor piece costs 340-400 glimmer, and it will give you only 1 or [i]maybe[/i] 2 material. For just 25 material, enough for just [b]one[/b] upgrade, that would cost at least 8,500 glimmer. That's just awful.
