I have over 1750 Match wins in the crucible (My totals games played is probably somewhere around double that) and I have NEVER received an exotic from it, but all of my friends have.
I've also never received an exotic from Vangaurd Strikes, and I've completed a tiny bit over 150.

You get exotic from every 50th ROC you do.

Not true.... It's about a 1/100th CHANCE for an exotic to drop from ROC strikes, but it is no way guaranteed to drop on any specific number or even at all. If you have the worst luck in the world you could run doc strikes nonstop and never get an exotic.

With luck like that I would have already stopped trying lol
