You already stated you don't blame the developer. Which just leaves yourself. I think you just wanted to let the community know so that they don't lose a exotic that was send there. Don't understand the negativity at all here. I know more people using the postmaster as a second vault and given the small vault size i can't blame them. Telling players about a potential risk is a good thing in my opinion
