If you don't get the hype then you clearly don't use scout rifles enough. Incredible stability with good impact and full auto, hard to beat that. If it was a 331, then it would have remained the best scout in the game.

Once more, full auto has little to no benefit and you don't need much more stability than that of the MIDA, also Scouts are my most used weapon in all activities and my most used weapon is the MIDA, please check before you spew incorrect and daft comments

You're an idiot. Exotics are supposed to be better than legendaries. But if a legendary is pretty good or close to an exotic and you can use it to free up the exotic slot for another type then that is better. I'd rather use IB and a legendary.

Anything much more is wasted, thus VoC has a near useless full auto perk and the stability is overkill therefore most of it is wasted. Result: Gun is mediocre

You are still a -blam!-ing idiot. I never said you compared gun to gun. You stated you used scout rifles most and the number one being MIDA. I said using a legendary scout, which would have been VoC until I got Gileons Demise plus anther exotic is way better.

You can use another legendary you spoon, once again it wouldn't need more stability than that of the MIDA, can you not understand that? Or are you still the tool I think you are?

Not comparing the VoC to MIDA, VoC doesn't come close... I'm using MIDA as a base plate of more or less the max stability you need on a scout, the rest is basically wasted if used by a half decent player
