Destiny: How A Game of TAG Could Work in Crucible or Missions

I propose Bungie should add an option of "Tag" into the game. I think it would be simple and could be a time killer or something added to the crucible. How would this work? 1) The game randomly selects someone to be "It" 2) The person who is "It" is marked (like the Negation Mark in Vault of Glass); melees any person in the room. If he hits someone, then the mark is transferred and they receive bonus points based on how fast they tag someone. 3) The players who evades the person who is "It" gets a number of points generated over a length of time for not being "tagged." (This number should be low and generate slowly). That's all I can think of. What else does it need to be fun and successful?
