HARDEST/MOST TIME CONSUMING EXOTIC BOUNTY?
Just Wondering what you Guys/Girls think about this topic
Mine would be Pocket Infinity

4 RepliesObviously the Thorn. Well currently there are many great hand guns out there, may be Bungie can lower a little bit of the difficulty in its crucible requirement. Eg remove the dead penalty or lower it (like minus 1 only) , increase the kill reward (from 5 to 10 may be) or else. I am interested that how many player actually removed their Thorn's bounty.

1 ReplyPocket infinity is something you get overtime. Don't worry about it. Thorns length varies on skill. Invective takes a while to get glimmer and depends on pvp skill. Super good advice is easy. Bad juju takes so long to do though.

As far as im concerned necrochasm is a bounty. Put it on here and see how it effects the stats

Edited by juicehead2004: 3/3/2015 12:32:31 AMOnce I got Atheons epilogue I ran thru the thorn bounty pretty quickly...had Harms way lmg with void and I camped heavy weapon drops too...no void fusion or shotgun and I still finished it in like 7-8 matches of control..well worth it and really the only exotic I feel I "earned" ...rest of the exotic bounties were really a joke..have never gotten the pocket infinity bounty offered to me yet tho...I'm glad the Thorn is kinda hard to get and I think it makes sense that it's mostly pvp to get the bounty done since Thorn is such a good pvp gun..Feels appropriate to me

The Picket Infinity IMO because I got that bounty around a month ago and still haven't finished it. Only one rare fusion rifle away and RNG is shitting on me with special blue engrams

For me thorn that was a nightmare, picket infinity wasn't hard since I saved my rare fusion rifles and i had vex for the nightfall.

super good advice is by far the easiest, the hardest in my opinion is thorn cuz unless your great in pvp those void kills will be so time consuming and plus beating the wizard at the end, most time consuming would be pocket infinity cuz you have to gather rare fusion rifles which you either get lucky through engrams or wait for the gunsmith to actually have them.

Pocket Infinity is long if you have bad luck finding fusion rifles (i dont want to waste marks on vanguard fusions) but at least you still earn stuff during the grind. Thorn was the most frustrating thing though. I shpuld have broke it up into separate sessions!

Actually just finished bad juju last night and it definitely was the most time consuming. Thought the thorn bounty was relatively quick.

Regarding poket infinity...when i got to that part, on dismantling rare/legendary fusion rifles, i just took my time. Didnt rush into it. And when i had to kill 200 enemies in nightfall, i just spammed hellmouth for a couple of times and done :) The rest...easy peasy lemon squeeze.

I still have pocket infinity sitting in my bounty list. Thorn came and went, as well as all the others.

Thorn was the hardest to me because I suck at PvP. Then too my first run through was back when I was 26 or 27 and I was using mostly blue weapons to take on the strike. That was...challenging. Finally found a team to punch through it though. Now though? With VoC, Ice Breaker, and a 331 Arc lmg it's freaking easymode. Knights are still the worst part, but I've finished it 3x now so each char has one. Way easier when everyone is geared to the nines.

1 ReplyNechrochasm. You gotta upgrde it 3x and get to lv31 at least to enter a hard raid. Kill Crota and maybe get the crux. I've yet to get it after countless raids.

Imo thorn is hardest bounty to do, but bad juju is very time consuming with the 25 strikes part.

Thorn bounty isn't even that hard took me around 6-7 matches. Pocket infinity tho.... [spoiler]all i have to say is that it was the first bounty i got, but last bounty to finish[/spoiler]

Shattered Memory Fragment. If you have a Vex Mythoclast and its Solar Burn then it goes from hardest to almost easiest. I don't get why people think Thorn is hard, especially now with Word of Crota and Atheon's Epilogue mass distributed. I did it in less than 10 games without a primary void weapon. Most time consuming is Bad Juju hands down
