Seeing as how fate bringers perks aren't unique, it's highly likely the how hand cannon will be superior.
I for one want a hand cannon that forcefully pushes a target away, like the warlock melee

Fatebringer is the only Hand Cannon with firefly... it's not possible to roll a Timur's Lash with it nor do any other HC have it

Well, I have the same perks on NITC, so I don't see why another hand cannon couldn't role them

because... it's Fatebringer's 'unique' perk I know you can get it on scouts/ snipers but FB is the only Hand Cannon with it,
