Flared Magwell perk does not stack with those other perks. It will cancel out the benefits of the others if it is equipped.

Really? It stacked on my old FWC rocket rauncher, so it should work on a hand cannon as well. As soon as i unlock the perks I'll have to test it to make sure.

There is the video I watched a while back while reforging my Timurs Lash. His analysis is on a Hand Cannon, so the perks could behave differently on a RL. The 2 minute marks is where he goes over which reload perks do and do not stack.
